- Covered wash and grooming areas with hot and cold water
- Secure 15' x 15' heated tack room with individual secure lockers
- Brand new rest room with toilet and kitchen, hot and cold water
- Brand new outdoor 40m x 20m ménage with all weather sand surface
- All year turn-out (2 horses per 2 acre paddock)
- Horse box and trailer storage, indoor or outdoor
- Extensive riding on our own farm
